Join language teachers from across the region in our second CPD session looking forward to the new GCSE with first teaching in September 2024.  In the morning session (9.00 – 12.00) we will:

2. Discuss key take-aways from motivation theory which could impact the way in which we teach KS4 languages

3. Explore some of the ‘new’ elements of the reformed GCSE specification.  How might we adjust our teaching practice to support learners to tackle these areas?

4. Identify next steps and concrete actions.

In the afternoon session, we will:

5.  Enjoy lunch and time to network with like-minded colleagues

6.  Work collaboratively across schools to develop and share resources and best practice.
